Anusara means "following your heart." Founded in 1997 by John Friend, it is a systematic method of yoga that aligns and strengthens the physical body while lengthening and expanding the breath. This class incorporates the uplifting tantric philosophy of Anusara
yoga to deepen the contemplative aspect of the practice and to connect students with their hearts.

Community Yoga Day
Free yoga for the community! Open, basic yoga classes that are free to the public. Join us for refreshments, chair massage and explore the healing benefits of yoga. Take advantage of this free class to connect your mind, body & spirit.

Core Yoga
This is a great class for those looking to sculpt their mid-section and get a great workout. Core Yoga involves a series of postures focused on building core strength.
Beginner to intermediate levels.
Meditation
Meditation is an extremely powerful practice. It has the potential to bring
about happiness, healing, relaxation, and profound change in negative thought
patterns. In this class you will learn to relax fully, release stress, and to become an observer of self. Meditation teaches you effective ways to deal with difficult emotions such as anger and selfishness, and
promotes techniques that develop compassion and love. Meditation is a gift
not just for you but for everyone else you interact with each day.
Happiness brings about good health and studies show that people who consider
themselves happy have one-tenth the rate of serious illness and untimely
death compared to those who consider themselves unhappy. Learn walking,
laughing, and loving kindness meditations just to name a few. In addition
you will learn meditation postures, breath awareness, mindfulness and
mantras.

Mommy & Me Yoga
Ages: Newborn to Nearly Crawling
Learn calming and nurturing yoga postures to support your baby’s development, improve your baby’s sleep, aid in digestion, and enhance bonding. Babies enjoy yoga while on their backs, tummies or held in loving arms of parents. Moms enjoy friendship and support of other moms, while bonding with their new baby. Parents also learn breathing and relaxation techniques while practicing a bit of yoga themselves.
No yoga experience required.
Partners Yoga
Reconnect with your partner. Give and receive relief and total relaxation
with partners through a series of yoga poses. Learn how to use hands on
adjustments, make your loved one, family or friend feel incredible, and
experience yoga like you never have before.Yoga is a form of bonding with the self and the world. Couples Yoga -
breathing together, guiding and supporting one another - is a creative and
playful journey that connects us to each other in the present moment.
Prenatal Yoga
This class is safe way for expecting mothers to build strength and flexibility. Prenatal Yoga reduces swelling, aids in digestion, and helps mothers prepare physically for giving birth.

Private Yoga
Private yoga sessions are ideal for students looking for personal direction and guidance. Yoga instructors gently guide the student throughout alignment, meditation and hands on stretching. Whether your goal is to gain strength, rid stress or rehabilitate, this session is designed specifically for each individuals need, ability,
and interest. All levels.
Vinyasa Flow
This challenging flowing practice synchronizes movement and breath in a heated room. Plan to sweat away toxins, build strength, sculpt a new body, and clarify the mind. Intermediate to advanced class.
Yoga for Kids
Yoga for Kids is a fun, playful class where kids learn to focus their energy and calm their minds. Yoga for kids also builds self-esteem, focus, and concentration. Ages 5-10.
Yoga Basics
Appropriate for beginning students. This class focuses on familiarizing the student with the basics of yoga. Poses are broken down with detailed instruction toward proper alignment, strength and flexibility.
