Welcome to your MindBody
Polls consistently show that addressing problems in our health care system remains a top concern for most Americans. Yet despite these findings, health care spending is out of control, and little relief is in sight.
Even more alarming is the fact that 60 percent of people who go to a doctor have stress-related symptoms—ailments that are preventable with less expensive and less invasive alternative therapies that reconnect the mind to the body for whole body wellness.
The Call Of Life
The Call of Life presents Twenty Prescriptions for Living the Good Life told through true medical stories that illustrate how character traits can be essential resources for living a long happy, healthy life.

Kid Scripts
Kid Scripts is a comic/coloring book that presents the Twenty Prescriptions for Living the Good Life in a child-friendly format. The book is an ice-breaker for teachers or parents who want to educate children about values that can last a lifetime.

Call of Life
by Dr. Rudy Kachmann
My extensive reading of books of philosophy, religion and science, and experiencing life for 68 years has brought me to some conclusions. I feel, through my own powers of observation and experience, without having to make a number of assumptions, that there is a universal force, whether you call it “spirit,” “God,” “vibrations,” “energy,” “intention,” or whatever. If you align yourself with this force by following the “Call of Life,” your life will be happier and healthier. You will live longer, be more successful, and you will have developed a life full of purpose.
My purpose in writing this book is to teach and promote a code of behavior. This code will challenge our communities to develop good character, sound health habits, physically and mentally, and to advance an atmosphere of openness within our communities dominated by pluralism. Tragically, in our nation founded upon freedoms guaranteed by a constitution that includes the separation of church and state, it has been at the expense of the moral fiber of our country. Public schools have lost their voice and no longer speak with conviction in challenging our children’s character development. The absence of this voice has left no alternative but to lift up the “Call of Life” in an attempt to fill this void.
